Recipe Ingredients:

4 (1 oz) slices whole-grain bread, each buttered on one side

2 tbsp whipped butter

1/4 lb sliced turkey breast

2 oz sliced reduced-fat cheddar cheese

2 oz taro chips (Terra or other brand)

Preparation:

Layer the meat and cheese on two slices of bread, butter side down. Top each with the other two slices of bread, butter side up.

Lay both sandwiches in medium-sized skillet over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, use a spatula to press the sandwiches for a moment. Flip sandwiches after about 2 minutes so each side is golden brown.

Cut sandwiches in half (in the direction you choose), arrange on plate, and serve with vegetable chips.
